Cold mornings and coastal showers expected across SA this week

South Africans can expect a mostly dry and settled winter week, with cold mornings, mild to warm afternoons and showers largely confined to parts of the eastern coastline, according to the South African Weather Service.

The outlook for Monday to Friday shows that most of the country will remain fine and cool to warm, although frost is possible over parts of the central and northern interior.

KwaZulu-Natal and parts of the Eastern Cape are expected to experience the most unsettled conditions, with partly cloudy skies and isolated showers or rain possible along the coast.

On Monday and Tuesday, conditions will be partly cloudy in places but otherwise fine and cool to warm across much of the country.

The interior is expected to remain largely dry, with cold morning temperatures followed by milder conditions during the afternoon.
